As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nagish you will play a central role in shaping our team and culture. You will source, attract, and hire exceptional talent that reflects our companyโs values and goals. Youโll operate the end-to-end recruitment process, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
On a day to day, you will:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Operate the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Keep up timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- +3 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, in a growing start-up company
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Comeet, Gem, etc.).
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented, committed to quality and excellence
- Strong social skills and ability to build relationships and collaborate with various teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Bonus- willing to work as a contractor
