Lead our team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners, responsible for delivering talent across CommBank branches and contact centres having a direct impact on the lived experiences of our customers. You will manage workload fluctuations while leading customer-focused strategic initiatives, process design and improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design and rollout of a new volume recruitment process, ensuring our continued success and growth.

You will be responsible for:
Delivering volume recruitment effectively and efficiently whilst identifying opportunities to step change outcomes for our customers, candidates and stakeholders
Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for supporting our branch network and contact centres in major cities, regional and remote locations
Partnering with stakeholders and leaders across the group providing data, market trends and insights to identify, recommend and support changing business priorities
Ensuring risks are identified and managed
