Do work that matters 

Lead our team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners, responsible for delivering talent across CommBank branches and contact centres having a direct impact on the lived experiences of our customers. You will manage workload fluctuations while leading customer-focused strategic initiatives, process design and improvement. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design and rollout of a new volume recruitment process, ensuring our continued success and growth.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Delivering volume recruitment effectively and efficiently whilst identifying opportunities to step change outcomes for our customers, candidates and stakeholders

  • Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for supporting our branch network and contact centres in major cities, regional and remote locations 

  • Partnering with stakeholders and leaders across the group providing data, market trends and insights to identify, recommend and support changing business priorities 

  • Ensuring risks are identified and managed
