About the role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our small, fast-paced, high performing team on a temporary basis. This is a true partnership role that will suit someone that thrives on building and nurturing relationships.
Partnering with the Hiring Managers and the HR Advisory & People Solutions Team to deliver a responsive, robust and value-adding end to end recruitment service to the business, where you will need to be agile and flexible to be successful.
You will recruit a broad range of roles across Australia, including many of our Rural branches.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Run the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates and a successful recruitment outcome.
Provide interview support to Hiring Managers when necessary
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Manager to understand business needs, job requirements and candidates sought
Participate in role briefing with the Hiring Manager and contribute to sourcing strategy and process
Ensure all open vacancies have an effective sourcing plan, using a variety of appropriate sourcing channels
Lead the screening processes (pre-screening question selection, candidate screening and short listing) for relevant vacancies
Utilise pre-screening questions to clearly and quickly identify the most appropriate candidates.
Evaluating and selecting internal and external talent to ensure the best match between the individual and the work requirements
Ensure all advertising and communications meet Rabobank’s’ standards and are consistent with the Rabobank Brand.
Ensure all checks relative to internal resourcing have been made prior to external advertising.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Ideally a financial services or professional services background
Familiar with various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Workday experience favourable (or another HRIS platform)
Creativity in filling rural based vacancies
Skills using LinkedIn recruiter and other sourcing tools
A positive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills
