Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist for our client in Greer/Woodruff, SC.  This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity. 

 

Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)

We’re searching for a hands-on, sharp, and resourceful Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist with a hunter's mentality for finding top talent. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent in technical and manufacturing roles. You’ll be instrumental in helping us build strong teams that power our organization’s future.

What You’ll Do

As the HR Generalist, you’ll wear many hats and make a difference every day. Here’s a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and professional roles, especially in technical and manufacturing functions.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assist in onboarding processes.

HR Strategy & Support

  • Support the HR Director in executing strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units.

  • Provide input on workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Analyze hiring trends and recommend improvements.

Policy, Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, labor standards, and safety regulations.

  • Continuously review HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Training & Development

  • Identify skills gaps and support development of targeted training programs.

  • Help evaluate and improve training effectiveness.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.

  • Promote a positive and productive work environment.

  • Assist with conflict resolution and performance-related matters.

HR Operations Collaboration

  • Partner with the HR Operations team to ensure smooth execution of core HR functions.

  • Provide tools, guidance, and support to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who’s as passionate about people as they are about results. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (bonus points for SHRM-CP, PHR, or a Master’s).

  • At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • A deep understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Very detail oriented with strong organizational skills. 

  • Tech-savviness with HRIS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for helping people and businesses grow.
