Summary

We are seeking a data driven and people focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and support our high volume caregiver recruiting team. This manager will play a key role in scaling our frontline workforce, ensuring our clients receive the compassionate, consistent care they deserve. You will guide a team of recruiters in delivering strong candidate pipelines, meeting weekly hiring goals and various metrics, and fostering collaborative partnerships with operations leaders.

Job Duties

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a team of caregiver recruiters to meet or exceed hiring KPIs
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and professional development to direct reports
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with clear action plans tied to hiring goals and business goals.

Recruiting Operations & Strategy

  • Oversee caregiver recruitment process across multiple regions
  • Monitor job ad performance, sourcing, and recruiter productivity
  • Partner with TA leadership to ensure seamless processes

Cross Functional Partnership

  • Practice and lead with operations and client needs in mind
  • Collaborate with operations and branch staff to understand client needs and optimize recruiting output
  • Participate in hiring strategy meetings and maintain proactive communication with the field
  • Support integration efforts related to acquisitions and new markets

Reporting & Data

  • Analyze recruiting metrics weekly and provide insights to team to drive improvement
  • Own recruiter performance metrics and report on team progress, challenges and wins
  • Use data to recommend process improvements, training needs and resource allocation

TA Process Optimization

  • Partner with VP of TA and Caregiver Onboarding Manager to streamline systems and improve candidate experience
  • Support pilot programs and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or high volume environments required
  • Strong understanding of recruiting systems, metrics, and workflows
  • Proven ability to coach others and drive accountability and results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for improving the caregiver experience and driving business outcomes
