PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the hiring process and hiring

strategies, enabling us to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The Manager develops and implements

recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers & managing 3rd party recruiters as needed, and plays a

crucial role in building our employer brand.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops talent acquisition strategies, identifying staffing needs, conducting market analysis, and creating

plans to attract diverse and qualified candidates

• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop

effective recruiting tactics

• Oversees all aspects of the hiring process, from job postings & sourcing to screening, interviewing,

candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation

• Develops the company’s employer brand, in partnership with internal cross-functional partners,

promoting culture to potential candidates and providing transparency about open roles

• Tracks key recruitment metrics, analyzes data, and recommends improvements for an effective hiring

process (e.g., time between hiring steps, quality of hire, candidate experience scores)

• Ensures that all recruitment processes are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations

• Other duties, as assigned


SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively

with hiring managers, candidates, and leadership

• Process and efficiency driven, with a continuous improvement mindset

• Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations

• Ability to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like ADP-Workforce Now

• Proficient with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search)

• Expertise in analyzing recruitment data and creating reports to track key metrics

• Relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in regulated environments like medical device, biotech, or healthcare

• Ability to identify and solve problems, working with team members and internal constituents

• Champions inclusive recruiting practices and proactively sources diverse talent


REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years’ direct recruiting & candidate sourcing experience

• Experience writing job descriptions, with a track record of successful hiring

• Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience, market, individual skills,
geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the
future.
