Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, while working closely with our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. Itβs an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR or recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen resumes and schedule interviews
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers
Support employer branding and outreach efforts
Participate in job fairs or virtual recruiting events
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
Enthusiasm to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
