Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as a partner to the Human Resources team for operational support across all functional areas and provides communication and services for the following: employee health, worker's compensation, leaves of absence, unemployment, benefits, talent selection, onboarding, policy interpretation, process improvement and more. Provides internal and external customer service. Works with various HRIS' employee records, documentations, reports etc. Maintains highest standards of confidentiality/ethics

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
