Job Overview:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner & Marketing Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for executing the recruiting lifecycle processes and is responsible for sourcing and reviewing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and hiring diverse talent in healthcare. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also support talent retention initiatives.

Physical Demands:
