Job Duties:

  • This position is supporting candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Understand our brand, culture, mission and values to effectively serve as an ambassador for the company and a welcoming first touchpoint to all new hires on their “employee journey” with us. 
  • Work to craft and manage interview processes for each role, coordinating interviews, interfacing extensively with hiring managers and interviewers to create a friendly and positive candidate experience. 
  • Manage hiring plan and pipeline in conjunction with other functional teams. 
  • Develop and manage externally facing recruitment channels such as job fairs, conferences and other events / channels to promote new and exciting opportunities. 
  • Provide support in maintaining data accuracy within Greenhouse: job postings, candidate stage/status, scorecards, security access, template setup, close-out correspondence.
  • Manage the applicants thru 20 to 40 searches at a time. Process the candidates through multiple stages of each search for their video interviews.
  • Source candidates for up to 10 requisitions at a time


Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-10 years of experience, preferably in SaaS recruitment or coordination for Sales, Implementation, Support, Field Engineers, Data Migration, Product Managers, Product Specialists and other roles as they become available. 
  • Track record of scheduling and coordinating 75 to 150 interviews a week across 20+ searches.
  • Eye for detail and double-checking work to avoid mistakes and unnecessary re-scheduling.
  • Ability to build trust and drive team effectiveness. 
  • Strong organization, project management, and communication skills. 
  • Keenly attuned to issues of diversity and inclusion. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and develop effective working relationships. 
  • A “can do” attitude and the ability work as part of a team. 
  • Comfort with accountability and ability to absorb feedback and engage in self-improvement.
