Summary Description: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead and scale our recruiting function across a growing organization of 400+ employees and 60+ locations. This role is responsible for developing hiring strategies, optimizing recruitment operations, and building a strong employer brand. You will lead Talent Acquisition and partner closely with business leaders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent that supports our organizational goals.
