Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

· Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure PepsiCo is viewed as candidates’ Employer of Choice

· Coordinate and schedule phone, onside and web-based interviews within specified service level commitments

· Provide timely communication and counsel to recruiters, hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process

· Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering optional efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward

· Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and manage candidates while on-side at PepsiCo

· Create and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked Act as back-up to peers across the Talent Acquisition team >>>> No specific end date, ongoing assignment


Skills & Capabilities:

· Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills

· Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization

· Applicant tracking system experience preferred.

· Recruitment social media (i.e. LinkedIn) experience preferred

· Must be collaborative and a team player

· Proficient with all Microsoft office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

*Qualifications / Requirements Education / Certification:

· Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience:

· 2+ years of experience within a Staffing/Recruiting department is required
