We’re looking for a seasoned HRBP & Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team in Chicago — someone who’s passionate about both finding top talent and helping it thrive.
In this dual-role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while also partnering with business leaders on core HR initiatives.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Partner who is eager to play a strategic and operational role in shaping our people and culture. This is a high-impact position for someone who is both business-savvy and people-centric, capable of supporting leaders, attracting outstanding talent, and embedding strong, scalable HR practices across the company. This is a high-impact position where you'll directly shape our growth and culture in the U.S.
Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S.-based managers and teams
Support onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, welfare and development initiatives
Lead employee engagement efforts, pulse surveys, retention programs, and culture initiatives
Help implement and localize global HR policies and programs in the U.S.
Identify and address people challenges and opportunities across the employee lifecycle
Ensure alignment with local and global employment regulations to support compliant and efficient operations
Partner with the HR Director on strategic projects to support our culture and growth
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and build hiring strategies
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using sourcing strategies and AI tools
Provide a top-notch candidate experience from first contact to on boarding
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and market insights
Collaborate with the existing recruiter and broader HR team to scale global hiring efforts
5+ years of experience as Human Resources Partner and recruiter
Solid understanding of HR practices including performance, employee relations, and engagement
Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a hands-on approach, get-things-done mindset
Experience working with HR and ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, HiBob, etc.)
Comfortable working hybrid in our Chicago office 4 days a week
