Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across our organization. This role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines for positions that support individuals with behavioral or cognitive disabilities.

The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and excited to contribute to a mission-focused organization that values growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

  • Familiar with Paycom, and axiscare.

  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within behavioral health, cognitive support services, and related fields

  • Utilize HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates and hiring workflows

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies

  • Manage job postings and engagement across social media and online hiring platforms

  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, career fairs, and community partnerships

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in behavioral health and disability services recruitment

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires



Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources preferred

  • Experience recruiting within behavioral health, social services, or disability support environments is a plus

  • Strong candidate sourcing and networking abilities

  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for supporting organizations that serve individuals with behavioral or cognitive disabilities
