Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.

This Talent Acquisition Consultant I position will sit in the Global Talent Acquisition organization and will provide strategic talent acquisition support.Β  This role will support hiring for Financial Center positions across multiple cities within the US.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system

  • Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent

  • Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers

  • Facilitates creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace by ensuring that the hiring process leverages a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences

  • Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

  • Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level

  • Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients and closing

  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate

  • Extensive executive client interaction

  • Attend career fairs and interview events onsite as well as offsite as needed

  • Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans

  • Strong integration and partnerships with Global Talent Acquisition partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Knowledge of Talent Acquisition/Hiring Process

  • Ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units

  • Must have client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services

  • Must have an ability and desire to stay abreast of market conditions

  • Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business

  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise

  • Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity

  • Deftly manage salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to close

  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial center recruitment and/or high volume hiring is HIGHLY preferred

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$82,600.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
