Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process which includes understanding business needs, developing and executing a sourcing strategy, screening/interviewing candidates, and offering extensions. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives for assigned business units and execute on approved openings.Β  The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for various roles.Β  The recruiter will partner with line of business clients, finance, compensation, and HR partners to provide consultative recruiting services.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducts intake sessions with hiring managers to understand the business needs and manages requisition workbench within the applicant tracking system

  • Creates a pipeline of candidates with desired skills by developing and executing a sourcing strategy, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews to identify, attract, and recruit suitable talent

  • Coordinates the interview process with hiring managers and business leaders and provides feedback from screening interviews to prepare hiring managers

  • Facilitates a broad strategy and process leveraging a pool of candidates with varied backgrounds and experiences

  • Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

  • Manage the client and candidate relationship from end to end

  • Provide client with consultative recruitment service including market intelligence, research, sourcing, internal mobility and talent planning, candidate development and assessment, closing candidate offers and risk management

  • Engage in virtual and in person career events and activities with business leaders where applicable

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with and knowledge of Talent Acquisition/Hiring Process

  • Demonstrated 1-2 years of consultative and leadership experience

  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulation related to fair hiring practices

  • Critical thinking and decision-making

  • Strong credibility and ability to influence

  • Must be able to work across a large organization, partnering with appropriate constituents, to achieve results

  • Must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills

  • Must have strong sense of integrity and ethics

  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to multiple priorities, while maintaining core workbench of responsibility

Desired Qualifications:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience, including direct client relationship management or

  • Project management skills ideal

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Previous experience in recruiting financial professionals strongly desired

  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing

  • Ability to use innovative sourcing techniques to deliver candidates

  • Solid understanding of recruiting industry, processes, technology and hiring compliance practices

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$82,600.00 - $118,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
