What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with and manage recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring tailored and effective staffing solutions.
  • Attract applicants with authenticity, ingenuity, and creativity
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Screen resumes
  • Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Make recommendations to the company hiring managers
  • Track and report interviewing and hiring data
  • Complete timely reports on employment activity
  • Maintain relationships with team leads to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations including but not limited to professional, community, and college career fairs and networking events
  • Place job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
  • Provide information on current trends in the relevant marketplace
  • Report on recruiting activity, challenges, and results
  • Have fun

What We’re Looking For:

  • Multi-Client/Agency Recruitment experience required 
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Relationships and results-driven personality
  • Flexibility
  • Work experience as an in-house recruiter
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • Passion for customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard
  • Lift 20 lbs. horizontally and vertically,
  • Ability to climb stairs, bend, and stoop
  • Ability to travel to recruitment locations in the service area
