We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Tech Analyst (Greenhouse) to join our team in our Boston office. This position is a phenomenal opportunity to join a group of innovative and passionate people technology experts and business partners across Talent Acquisition teams. This role is part of the broader People Technology team and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Identify and resolve process gaps and dependencies by reviewing Greenhouse configuration and workflows to transform the technology landscape, with a focus on user experience, data connections, and data integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse.
- Partner with fellow People Tech team members to build end to end connections and configuration between Workday and Greenhouse to provide the best possible end user experience
- Understand stakeholder needs to proactively identify solutions while providing thoughtful advice that balances business needs with the development of innovative and scalable technology solutions. You dig deeper to understand the desired outcome instead of simply taking requests at face value.
- Setup Greenhouse configuration across job templates for global expansion
- Partner with recruiters and TA Ops team members on ATS best practices, new features and process updates
- Partner with the people analytics teams to create reports, dashboards, and data connections to analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition process
- Manage the intake, scope, and execution of technology improvements and modifications to Greenhouse and talent acquisition processes
- Demonstrate excellent time management and project management skills by effectively managing technical requirements gathering, documentation, testing strategies, and technology transition plans, while guiding stakeholders through established standards.
- Continually seek opportunities to stay informed on emerging technology trends, Greenhouse update releases, and talent acquisition technology, particularly in AI, and broader industry changes to offer recommendations & insightful guidance.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting ops
- 3+ years of experience with Greenhouse
- 1+ yeas of experience with Workday
- Experience creating scalable, innovative, global, hyper-growth technology solutions for a publicly traded company.
- Motivated and interested in quickly learning and adapting to new processes and technologies
- Self-Starter. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to grow and develop.
- Intellectually curious. You have strong analytical skills, proven experience understanding and effectively working across multiple stakeholders.
- Ambitious, creative, radical collaborator, and active listener. You enjoy building things and continually strive to do things better than the status quo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work out of our Boston office
