We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with potential to extend to 6 months.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading the attraction, selection and onboarding of talent across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner closely with leaders at all levels, providing both strategic and hands-on recruitment support to ensure we attract and retain the best people.
Your day-to-day will see you:
Managing end-to-end recruitment, from attraction and advertising through to screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
Partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide pragmatic, compliant advice.
Supporting the development and delivery of recruitment strategy, policy and process improvements.
Building and managing relationships with external vendors, including agencies, advertising partners and industry associations.
Providing advice on immigration, compliance checks and employment contracts where required.
Collaborating with the wider People & Capability and Talent teams across ANZ to ensure consistent practices.
This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact by shaping recruitment outcomes, while gaining exposure to both local and regional stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels.
Proven experience in candidate attraction, interviewing and recruitment systems.
Experience in engineering recruitment is desireable.
A collaborative style and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
