What you'll do

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital support role within our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process. This position involves coordinating interview logistics, managing candidate communications, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and providing administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating positive first impressions for potential employees while contributing to efficient talent acquisition processes that support our organisational growth objectives.

  • Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, booking rooms, and managing calendar changes across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and maintaining positive employer brand representation.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data, update candidate profiles, track applications, and generate recruitment reports for decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support including preparing interview materials and coordinating background verification processes.
  • Support recruitment marketing by posting job ads and assisting with employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the P&C team and with hiring managers to resolve queries and improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

About you:

  • You could be a recent HR/Business graduate with administrative/customer service experience 
  • Experience in scheduling, stakeholder management, and multi-priority coordination through internships, part-time work, or projects would be highly regarded
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, databases, and ATS/recruitment technologies.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with professional relationship management experience.
