About the Role… As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll support the recruitment process from offer through to onboarding, ensuring contracts, compliance and new starter activities are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Your Day-to-Day…
- Supporting Offers & Onboarding - Manage the end-to-end offer and onboarding process
- Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation, coordinate compliance checks, and ensure new team members have a seamless experience from offer acceptance through to commencement.
- Payroll & Employee Data Management - Support accurate payroll and employee data processing
- Maintain employee records, enter new starter information into HR systems, and partner with key stakeholders to resolve onboarding and payroll-related queries.
- Recruitment Administration & Process Coordination - Provide high-quality recruitment administration support
- Manage requests through internal systems, maintain accurate records, support reporting activities, and contribute to process improvements across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Candidate & Stakeholder Experience - Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
- Act as a key point of contact, providing professional communication and building strong relationships that support positive hiring outcomes.
What You'll Bring…We're looking for someone who combines strong administration skills with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Previous administration experience within recruitment, HR, payroll, shared services or a similar environment, with the ability to manage high-volume activities accurately and efficiently.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong systems and technical capability, with confidence navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate data and records. Experience with SuccessFactors highly desirable

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first approach and commitment to delivering a positive experience.
