This is high‑volume, high‑impact recruitment that directly supports safe, thriving, welcoming village communities across Western Australia. This pod recruits a trades and technical workforce, including HSQE Advisors, Facilities, & Site Administrators.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lift capability across your recruitment pod to support consistency, collaboration, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to shape informed hiring decisions.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely follow-ups, and proactive support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, video interviews, offer negotiation, contract creation, and handover to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain warm talent pools for high-volume technical and trades roles and contribute to meaningful reporting, insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to legislation, policies, standards, and budget expectations across all recruitment activity.

 

Key Competencies & Experience

  • Proven experience managing the recruitment process, ideally in high-volume or FIFO environments.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting HSQE roles at various levels, Facilities staff, Trades and Site Administrators is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where speed and quality are equally important.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to disciplined process management.
  • Confidence using ATS platforms and recruitment dashboards.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and ability to help others when required.
