What You’ll Do

  • Source, recruit, and engage top talent across multiple roles and locations 
  • Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on candidate profiles 
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess fit and potential 
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline of candidates 
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent 
  • Stay persistent in follow-up and outreach to secure top candidates 
  • Represent MHI professionally and promote our culture and opportunities 
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records 
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience 

 

Expected Outcomes (KPI’s)

  • Consistently fill open positions within targeted timeframes 
  • Maintain a strong and active pipeline of qualified candidates 
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience 
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal teams 
  • Successfully fill challenging roles through persistence and creative problem-solving

 

Background & Experience

  • Experience in recruiting, sales, or a people-facing role preferred 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 
  • Experience with recruiting tools or CRM systems is a plus
