This is not your average recruitment gig. This is your chance to be part of a national Talent Acquisition team (of 8) that thrives on connection, creativity, and delivering high-impact outcomes. Based out of our South Perth office 2-3 days per week, you’ll be the engine that keeps our WA talent pipeline flowing.

A peek into your new role

• Delivering high-volume TA support – you’ll be primarily recruiting Educators and Coordinators for our WA services
• Building strong partnerships and capability amongst your hiring managers - setting clear expectations, communicating progress etc
• Building pipelines, creating standout ads, proactively sourcing, and maintaining candidate momentum
• Monitoring market trends, sharing insights, and evolving our TA strategy
• Taking part in broader TA/P&C projects
