Job Description:
The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle, high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role supports the organization’s workforce needs by sourcing, evaluating, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates—primarily for operational, frontline, and driver positions. The Specialist ensures recruitment efforts are aligned with business objectives, adheres to regulatory compliance, and maintains consistent communication with hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of requisitions across multiple functional areas and geographic locations.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, referrals, ATS, and targeted sourcing strategies.
Screen applicants to assess qualifications, availability, and job compatibility based on position-specific requirements and organizational standards.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job-specific recruitment strategies, and align on candidate profiles and timelines.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and local site leaders to execute regional hiring campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding initiatives.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by representing the company with professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency.
Support other Human Resources functions as needed, including onboarding and special projects.
Education and Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on high-volume, multi-site recruitment.
Proven success filling frontline, operational, or transportation-related roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage 25–40 open requisitions simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience sourcing diverse candidate pipelines using Boolean logic, CRM tools, and job board platforms.
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach to working with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
