Overview

The Recruiter will support MicroTech’s overarching goal of providing qualified personnel to our customers both internally and externally. The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment to include sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of top talent. The ideal candidate will have prior staffing experience with international recruitment and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting activity (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and offer management)
  • Clearly understand position requirements and recruiting process
  • Ensure requisitions are clearly defined to include key responsibilities, requirements, reporting structure, compensation and interview process
  • Recommend interviewing and hiring techniques as appropriate. 
  • Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application form
  • Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment by conducting screenings
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with Recruiting Team to develop best practices
  • Quickly grasp and present solutions to complex recruiting requirements and issues
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers
  • Provide timely progress updates on pipelines, interviews and placement activity
  • Conduct post-new hire satisfaction survey
  • Review applicants and facilitate the workflow process using the ATS
  • Track hiring activity, including job postings, hiring, and closing position vacancies

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree is required, preferably in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline
  • 3+ years of experience within a recruiting department/staffing agency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting sites, and posting/advertising opportunities
  • Professional writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated capacity for attention to detail and accuracy of work product
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information, and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and resource management
  • Ability to comply with and apply Departmental ISO, CMMI, and other quality standards
