About the role

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly).
  • This position is hybrid, with an option to work remotely.

Purpose of the position: 

  • The Director of Talent Acquisition and Mobilization is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for identifying, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talented candidates. Planning, development, and strategic thinking will be essential skills as you pilot this critical role to help achieve the mission of the CCO. The successful leader will be fully committed to the CCO’s core purpose: transforming college students to transform the world, and embody the CCO’s core values.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting is required.
  • 10 years of successive ministry, recruiting, and leadership experience that includes leading initiatives toward quantitative and qualitative growth preferred.

Job Description:

  • Lead the talent acquisition function and team for the organization.
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to align with core missional and business strategy.
  • Partner and collaborate with leaders across the organization to forecast and understand staffing needs.

**CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.**
