We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team, supporting recruitment across the UK and wider European business units. Reporting directly to the HR Director for UK & Europe, this role will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier managerial and executive talent. Flexibility is key, as the role will also support hiring for lower-level positions across the business when needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the UK and European business units to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Own and deliver recruitment for managerial and executive-level positions, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
- Support volume and lower-level recruitment during periods of reduced senior hiring activity, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.
- Work closely with the HR Director to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning and organisational objectives.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent pooling and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes and selection criteria.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and recruitment partners where appropriate.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with UK and European employment legislation and internal policy.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process.
JOB QUALITICATIONS:
- Proven experience in recruiting across the UK and multiple European countries, ideally within a matrix or multinational organisation.
- Strong track record in manager and executive-level hiring, with the ability to adapt to recruit across all role levels.
- In-depth understanding of UK and European employment laws and hiring practices.
- Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS - Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a hands-on, delivery-oriented approach.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages a plus.
