Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts across our diverse real estate organization, which includes multiple entities in development, construction, property management, and asset management. This role will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent, build pipelines for future growth, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, resourceful, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and has a strong understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across all entities (corporate, site-based, field, and executive).
  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future talent needs, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates, including passive talent.
  • Maintain and continuously improve candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Create and track recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure performance and inform hiring decisions.
  • Oversee Recruitment Tracker/ATS usage, data integrity, and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships with job boards, staffing agencies, and recruitment platforms.
  • Guide and coach managers on best in class hiring practices, interview techniques, and equitable hiring processes.
  • Ensure consistency in recruitment processes and documentation across all entities and locations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding, internal mobility, Company initiatives, and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Experience supporting multiple lines of business, ideally within a real estate, construction, or property management setting.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing environment.
