Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

We're looking for you for our open position as Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)! Start in the Country Operations team and be responsible for talent management and talent development in the respective market, shape the organizational culture, and increase the effectiveness of our AUTO1 Group People Department. In this department, we shape the way our company works and help the team grow.

Job description

• Responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our diverse departments and enable a fast & personal candidate experience
• Conduct interviews independently and find the best talents for our Retail Department
• Take responsibility for applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal contact persons and our candidates
• Position yourself as a sparring partner in our specialist areas through your professional approach 
• Proactively contribute your ideas and support projects that combine both business goals and recruiting trends

Qualifications

• Passion for human resources and practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company
• Excellent language skills in German and English (at least level C1)
• Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
• A structured way of working and the talent to inspire people
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology or a similar field is advantageous but not required
