Role: Human Capital Management Associate – Investing and Capital Formation & Strategy Talent Acquisition

You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within an alternatives investment firm investment banking, or a search firm focused on investment and capital formation and strategy roles
You’re highly skilled at identifying and engaging top-tier investment and capital formation & strategy professionals across levels and asset classes
You bring a research-driven mindset and enjoy building long-term candidate pipelines
You enjoy and excel at building relationships to form trusted partnerships with candidates, search partners, colleagues, and internal stakeholders at all levels
Ability to multi-task, pivot seamlessly on shifting needs, and prioritize time effectively to complete projects within deadlines
You communicate with confidence, clarity, and professionalism - both with candidates and internal stakeholders
You’re process-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating with urgency and precision
You’re proficient in applicant tracking systems, and comfortable using data to inform your approach
Your responsibilities:
Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define search strategies, align on role requirements, and spearhead the execution of the hiring process from search kick off through offer close
Source and partner with search agencies to engage investment and capital formation & strategy talent across the firm’s alternative investment verticals, including but not limited to private credit, real estate, private equity, insurance, asset based finance, public credit etc.
Help drive direct sourcing efforts utilizing the firm’s network, referrals, LinkedIn, etc.
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
Conduct initial screens and interviews and share thoughtful, detailed candidate overviews with hiring teams
Work in conjunction with other members of HCM to drive strategic outcomes
Maintain and update recruiting data in the database, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout
Support strategic talent initiatives through ad hoc projects like market mappings, compensation benchmarking, and market color write ups
Assist with recruiting process improvement and project coordination
