Position: Recruiter 
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier clinical professionals to meet the staffing needs of our expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including various clinical roles, certifications, and compliance requirements. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our rapid growth.  
 
Key Responsibilities  
As a Recruiter at Curis, you will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding providers to support our growing network of clinics.  
Your primary responsibilities will include:  
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment programs that align with Curis’ expansion plans.  
  • Workforce Planning: Understand the staffing needs of each clinic location and anticipate future hiring requirements.  
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage various platforms, including online databases, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract highly qualified clinical professionals.  
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct interviews, assess candidates for cultural and operational fit, and ensure alignment with clinical roles and market demands.  
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and hiring teams to maintain a consistent and efficient hiring process.  
  • Process Optimization: Partner with Dept. Heads/Directors to refine recruitment and onboarding procedures.  
  • Employer Branding: Promote Curis as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.  
  • KPI & Goals: Meet all metrics assigned- including but not limited to: communication measures, interviews, TTH, Hires, Touch points
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement innovative strategies to enhance Curis’ recruitment efforts.  
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as needed to support Curis' mission and growth. 
Qualifications & Requirements
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).  
 
Experience:  
  - Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within healthcare or clinical staffing.  
  - Strong knowledge of clinical roles, industry trends, and credentialing requirements.  

Skills:  
  - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.  
  - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).  
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and align teams effectively.
