Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead and execute our global recruiting strategy while also serving as a strategic partner to the CHRO on other key projects. This is a unique opportunity to execute on and lead talent acquisition for a global organization while also gaining hands-on experience with other strategic HR initiatives including HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions and large-scale system implementations. In this role you will directly influence how we attract and retain world-class talent and help shape the future of our HR function—all while working with a company that powers scientific discovery worldwide. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in global recruiting, proven experience implementing and optimizing Workday Recruiting, and the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• In partnership with the CHRO, develop global recruitment strategies for key roles at all levels, and across regions
• Drive best-in-class hiring practices that support the organization's growth and elevate the candidate experience
• When needed, manage the performance of outsourced recruiting firms, ensuring hiring goals and KPIs are met
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored solutions
• Develop and oversee all recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate performance and inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a key advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and proactive recruiting solutions
• Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies as needed

Your Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• Experience with Workday’s recruiting module
• Experience recruiting for a global organization
• Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and tools
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Data-driven and analytical thinker
• Keen attention to detail
