The Director, Talent Acquisition – Digital & Technology will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition delivery for our organization. This role be responsible for leading the identification and acquisition of critical and specialized talent. This leadership role demands a blend of operational excellence and delivering on talent acquisition strategies in alignment with business objectives. The Director, Talent Acquisition - Digital & Technology role is an exciting opportunity to lead our new Digital recruitment division and work as part of our Center of Excellence while ensuring global recruitment is efficient, standardized, and compliant with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

As the Talent Acquisition Director Digital and Technology for at our fast-growing Fortune 10 company, you will play a crucial role in driving our talent acquisition delivery for our Technical and Digital organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and acquiring top-tier talent to support our continued expansion and success. This leadership role demands a blend of operational excellence, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Develop and lead a strong and cohesive TA organization by developing and supporting TA teams in the regions to ensure they achieve their goals. Ability to lead in a complex structure with high tolerance for change with strong Change & Project management capabilities. Lead from the front, demonstrate value by owning end to end process supporting the broader team with specialist opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions and teams across Cencora’s portfolio, including senior leaders, and other departments, to ensure a thorough understanding of recruitment needs and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Technological Focus: Use modern technology and tools to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. Identify and pilot innovation methods, process for an efficient and effective recruitment service.
  • Data Driven: Ensure we make data-based decisions. While demonstrating to our stakeholders you are an subject matter expert in your domain.
  • Talent Pools and Pipelines: Create and maintain the process around talent pools and pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
  • Company Culture: Advocate for and promote Cencroa’s corporate culture and values in the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Support the development and maintenance of our employer brand and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a consistent positive candidate experience.
  • Strategy: A deep understanding of TA programs and channels to maximize hiring through inclusivity.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Implement initiatives that promote diversity and equity within the recruitment process.

Experience & Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of proven track record of leading successful talent acquisition and/ transformation efforts within a high-growth organization.
  • An expert in global recruitment practices.
  • 10+ years of experience in a matrix enterprise operating model
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition tools, technologies, best practices and employment laws and regulations impacting recruiting.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships at all levels.
  • This opportunity is for a player /coach with digital expertise essential to the success of the company and individual.
  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Experience working in a similarly large organization is preferred.
  • Role must be based in the Eastern US time zone.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
