Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. This dual-role position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy—including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs—while also leading the organization’s talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent.

This role requires a balance of data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, operational excellence, and people leadership. You will work cross-functionally to ensure we offer competitive and equitable rewards and that our recruitment practices align with our culture, diversity goals, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards 

  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Lead job architecture, salary structures, pay equity reviews, incentive plans, and merit cycles.
  • Oversee the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead benchmarking and compensation analyses, advising senior leadership on compensation trends and strategy.
  • Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and policies that support scalable and compliant reward programs.
  • Champion employee well-being and recognition initiatives to support retention and engagement.

Talent Acquisition 

  • Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, aligning with workforce planning and business needs.
  • Build and lead a high-performing recruiting team that supports hiring across all functions and levels.
  • Oversee employer branding efforts and candidate experience strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders to proactively identify talent needs and pipelines, including for executive and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Implement innovative and inclusive recruiting practices that support DEI goals and deliver high-quality, diverse candidate slates.
  • Use analytics to track recruitment metrics, continuously optimizing processes and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CCP, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on total rewards and/or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience designing and managing complex compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management, employer branding, and DEI recruiting strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate HR analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and change management skills

Hire Range/Rate:

$169,000 - $200,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location.  The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package.  Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
