The Director of Talent Strategy & Acquisition provides strategic leadership and vision for Numotion’s enterprise-wide talent function, from workforce planning and recruitment strategy through onboarding and early talent experience. This role ensures the organization has the right talent, capabilities, and processes in place to achieve its mission and long-term business goals.
Reporting to the VP of HR Service Delivery, this leader will develop and mature a proactive, data-driven Talent Acquisition function that combines recruitment excellence, talent branding, and onboarding integration. They will partner closely with business and HR leaders to forecast talent needs, design innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen hiring capability across the enterprise, and shape the candidate-to-colleague journey. Over time, this role may expand to include leadership of broader Talent Management functions, including elements of Learning & Development.
The pay range for this position is $137,360-206,040 Salary. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

Talent Acquisition Excellence
Branding, DEI & Candidate Experience
§ Strengthen Numotion’s employment brand through partnering with Marketing on effective digital, social, and community engagement strategies.
§ Ensure a seamless, professional, and inclusive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
§ Champion equitable hiring practices and advance Numotion’s DEI commitments through recruitment strategy, processes, and hiring capability.
§ Develop marketing strategies, service-level agreements, and role clarity across the hiring process to minimize cost-per-hire and improve efficiency.
Process Innovation & Systems Optimization
§ Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and onboarding processes through technology enhancements, workflow design, and system optimization.
§ Leverage ATS, HRIS, CRM, and analytics tools to improve performance, insights, and scalability.
§ Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and Compliance to ensure TA systems meet regulatory, business, and user needs.
§ Build and oversee scalable, consistent onboarding processes that drive engagement and day-one productivity.
§ Support broader talent management and project management initiatives that improve operational and program effectiveness across HR.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
§ Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, contributing to enterprise-wide people strategies.
§ Work closely with HRBPs, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and future Learning & Development functions to create a cohesive employee lifecycle from hire to thrive.
§ Develop effective partnerships across the business to understand organizational structure, workforce needs, and long-term strategic priorities.
§ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform the job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
§ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
§ Always provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

§ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
§ 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 3-5 years leading enterprise or multi-region TA teams.
§ Demonstrated success in building strategic workforce plans and scalable, proactive sourcing strategies.
§ Experience leading or integrating related talent functions (onboarding, talent marketing, early career programs).
§ Proficient in recruitment-related technologies (ATS, HRIS, CRM); strong ability to leverage analytics and data.
§ Proven ability to establish TA metrics, drive performance, and deliver strong quality and retention outcomes.
§ Strong relationship-building, influence, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
§ Demonstrated commitment to DEI and equitable hiring practices.
§ Forward-thinking, collaborative, decisive leader with hands-on problem-solving ability.
§ Able to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
