Synergy Senior Care is seeking and organized and dynamic Director of Talent Acquisition who will monitor staffing needs and fill positions at 5 Wisconsin skilled nursing facilities. A Director of Talent Acquisition will need to develop a working knowledge of the business functions (clinical and non-clinical roles), policies, and technology, and find the right person for the right role. Goal-driven! Sales and service mentality!
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using job boards, databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and vetting candidates.
- Partners with Corporate Director of Human Resources and Facility Human Resource Managers to assess open positions and shifts.
- A job requires frequent candidate communication outside normal business hours.
- Perform all recruiting activities within the guidelines and requirements of Federal and State level labor laws
- Travel a minimum of 3 days a week
Education/Certification:
- Bachelorβs degree Required
Experience:
- 3+ years sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience for nursing home(s).
- Must be able to handle high-volume, fast-pace, and a collaborative environment under minimal supervision
- On-Shift experience, a plus
- ATS experience, a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
- Persuasive communication skills
