Our client is a leading ABA organization seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee and scale their growing recruitment team (currently 6-7 members). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build strategy while managing the day-to-day of high-volume healthcare recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support company growth.
- Partner with leadership to understand evolving hiring needs across clinical and administrative roles.
- Optimize sourcing strategies, pipelines, and recruitment tools.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance and goals.
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
- Drive process improvement and candidate experience initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA.
- 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team.
- Strong understanding of healthcare hiring and credentialing processes.
- High-energy leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Able to operate strategically and tactically.
