Our client is a leading ABA organization seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee and scale their growing recruitment team (currently 6-7 members). This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build strategy while managing the day-to-day of high-volume healthcare recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a recruitment team to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to support company growth.
• Partner with leadership to understand evolving hiring needs across clinical and administrative roles.
• Optimize sourcing strategies, pipelines, and recruitment tools.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting on hiring performance and goals.
• Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
• Drive process improvement and candidate experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA.
• 2+ years leading or managing a recruiting team.
• Strong understanding of healthcare hiring and credentialing processes.
• High-energy leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to operate strategically and tactically.
