A Brief Overview
This job supports all aspects of our recruiting and on-boarding operations as well as be involved in assisting with special projects related to the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the operations team with background checks, onboarding new hires, processing contingent labor, scheduling interviews, and booking travel. Additionally, this role is responsible for streamlining position management, data integrity within our applicant tracking system and onboarding tools, as well as managing aspects of the Immigration process.
What you will do
- Supports Talent Acquisition Operations with background checks, onboarding new hires, and processing contingent labor requests
- Supports recruiting team with interview scheduling and travel arrangements when necessary
- Performs regular audits of Applicant Tracking System (ATS), onboarding system, and contingent labor to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Oversees job postings and ensure compliance and obligations are met
- Makes recommendations on and participates in improving recruitment, new hire and other HR processes
- Supports Talent Acquisition Leader(s) with administrative tasks as needed
- Manages Green Card Case review
