The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for developing and executing candidate identification and screening strategies which support the assigned talent pools.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance):
- Responsible for sourcing candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
- Utilize comprehensive and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Responsible or recruiting across multiple skill sets and locations as needed.
- Leverage the use of applications and software to continually improve the recruiting process.
- Attend staff meetings as necessary to partner with businesses on their needs and provide a recruiting perspective
- Take a proactive approach to personal training and development opportunities
