We are hiring a driven, engaging head of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function. The person in this role will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to optimize our talent acquisition strategy and continue attracting exceptional talent for all levels and functions globally.

Game Plan - How You'll Drive Impact:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Innovate and streamline the global hiring process to enhance efficiency and quality of hire. Collaborate with business leaders to refine and evolve function-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Executive Recruitment: Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic direction for executive recruitment, managing the lifecycle for executive-level positions.
  • Employer Branding: Partner with stakeholders to improve and deploy an EVP and global employer brand strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry talent trends and offer strategic insights.
  • Vendor/Partnership Management: Establish strategic partnerships with colleges, recruitment events, job boards, and external agencies, including contract management and negotiations.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs in line with business growth.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and present insights.
  • Team Management: Facilitate the professional growth of the Talent Acquisition team and ensure alignment with business goals and high-performance standards.

  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years in talent acquisition leadership, with a proven track record of executing successful recruitment strategies in high-growth, investor-backed B2B software (SaaS) organizations.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience building high-performing teams for growing organizations, including executive and technical roles.
  • Data and Technology Proficiency: Proven ability to use data analytics and AI tooling to drive efficiency and success rates in the recruitment process.
  • Team Management: Experience leading and building high-performing TA teams, including goal setting, feedback, and culture development.

Compensation Philosophy:

For this role, the salary target is $225,000 with your final offer determined by your experience, skills, and interview performance. Every Teamworks teammate is an owner, with equity aligning your success with ours.
