Nutrafol is currently looking for a dynamic, proactive Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (remote) to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process for all of Nutrafol’s new team members and will work on a variety of roles across the organization, including Finance, Supply Chain, Ops, Sales, Tech, Analytics, Retention, Brand & Growth Marketing, & Science.
The role reports directly into the Director of Talent, and you’ll partner closely with the Talent and People Ops teams. You’ll oversee the entire process, from sourcing to closing a hire. In this role, you will be responsible for owning TA metrics, hitting ambitious targets and maintaining a recruitment system that scales with the growing demands of our distributed team across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing the coordination of timely communication and logistics of interviews with hiring managers.
- Serve as the primary contact for your candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
- Maintain candidate profiles, communications, pipelines, and other records within our ATS (greenhouse).
- Own analytics and reporting within Greenhouse to ensure efficiency in time-to-hire, and identify obstacles and opportunities to improve hiring processes.
- Manage agency relationships, including vetting potential agencies for future hiring needs and manage contractor on-boarding with external agency partners in partnership with our Talent Associate.
- Manage and coach our Talent Associate, providing opportunities for continued learning and development.
- Partner with the Director of Talent to manage Executive searches, including vetting agency partners, managing logistics, and updating status reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and reporting, to advance hiring metrics, and ensure candidate and interview best practices are being met.
- Provide backup support for the Director of Talent during vacation or peak times, and provide coverage to TA team members and support to the People Ops.
- In tandem with the Director of Talent, serve as a point of contact for the Finance team, regarding quarterly forecasting updates, and yearly headcount planning.
- Actively source talent for open roles and build talent pipeline projects in LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine the best recruiting process for open roles, guide and advise them as needed.
- Manage all scheduling, applicant screens, and interviews.
- Extend verbal and written contingent job offers, including the negotiation of salaries and start dates, sign-on bonus, etc.
- Manage on-boarding and start date integration with the Nutrafol team.
- Assist the Talent team with monthly interview training as needed.
- Own deliverables for ad hoc projects and presentations.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house with a brand and working on a wide range of roles at all levels, across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, Marketing & Analytics, etc. with a heavy emphasis on Tech/Analytics/Finance roles
- 2 + years of experience managing Director thru Executive level searches
- 2+ years of experience managing Talent (Recruiting) Coordinators
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn is required
- Start-up/hyper growth company experience required; passion for the health and wellness space, and working in a Direct-to-Consumer or a subscription based business is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as you’ll interface with Executives and individual contributors across the organization
- Highly organized, with a keen eye for details and excellent follow up skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Excel and Slack
- Ability to work across time zones and be flexible with business needs
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$125,000 - $140,000 USD
