Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations– Job Description
Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations will have responsibility for all aspects of Talent Acquisition Operations. The primary responsibility will be to improve and enhance our recruiting, hiring, and onboarding capabilities through systems and programs that are designed to create a seamless experience. This role will lead data tracking, analysis and report out, as well as make recommendations on recruiting tactics, events, and programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own all aspects of the Talent Acquisition recruiting system including administration of access, data reporting and data analysis to stakeholders, report creation and maintenance, process documentation, troubleshooting issues, training users, ensuring data security and coordinating upgrades, enhancements or configuration changes with appropriate tech partners
  • Build business partnership with Talent Acquisition / Human Resources / Training / Payroll/Benefits/ IT / Finance that improves teamwork, knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, and leveraging ideas and resources
  • Collaborate with IT, HRIS, Payroll, and Talent Management to ensure successful deployment of equipment, profile setup, system access, and computer access
  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires and other talent stakeholders regarding processes, next steps, or details needed for successful onboarding
  • Own the confidential hire program including but not limited to creating and documenting preboarding/onboarding processes activities such as I9, background, schedule coordination, fingerprinting or other screenings etc.
  • Act as an advisor to the business on best practices for system setup and use that drive the processes of the organization
  • Manage onboarding and compliance best practices
  • Manage and research Talent Acquisition tools and vendor contracts
  • Utilizes new hire and stakeholder feedback to identify and recommend solutions for onboarding inefficiencies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to solve key business issues or strategies
  • Propose proactive, creative, and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source active and passive candidates
  • Utilizing our CRM, assists in creative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates that will enhance our company's culture
  • Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of recruiting system releases, upgrades, and patches
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new Onboarding Specialists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting required with 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Operations role
  • 1+ year as a Team Lead or Supervisor preferred
  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition compliance and best practices required
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tool required
  • Proven experience with reporting, data analysis and creating dashboards
  • Proven experience and success sourcing talent on LinkedIn and alternative platforms or tools
  • Previous experience recruiting at local job fairs, colleges, and other community job placement organizations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency, high attention to detail and effective time management
  • Strong initiative, good judgment and must be resourceful
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop trust with internal and external relationships and employees at all levels of organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must have proficient internet navigation skills
  • Creative thinker and positive person

Pay Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
