Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and screen candidates while clearly explaining their potential role and assessing whether they would be a good fit.

  • Support in organizing and conducting interviews

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process, collect and communicate feedback, and ensure the interview funnel is executed well

  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview logistics and candidate feedback.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.

  • Provide administrative support to the TA team as required

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

 

Program Requirements:

  • The candidate must be a Saudi National.
  • The candidate should not be currently employed.
  • Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field will be preferred.
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fast Learner
