We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our People Team for 6 to 9 months on a fixed-term contract basis. You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in sourcing top talent for various roles across the business, spanning Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Pre-sales and Support roles in the US and EMEA.
Working alongside the existing TA lead, you will be partnering with TA and other members of the People Team to help provide full end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced team that generates significant contributions to this innovative, ever-evolving business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Focus on sourcing and engaging talent through a variety of online and offline channels driving our ability to attract the best commercial and technical talent required to drive the business forward.
- Work specifically on building talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Act as a co-ordinator for the wider TA team - organising diaries and setting up interviews for candidates through the process, ensuring that the experience for the candidate and hiring manager is smooth and efficient.
- Occasionally, you will be asked to qualify candidates over the telephone and Zoom for certain roles, building strong relationships and rapport and creating an outstanding candidate experience.
- Drive TA excellence and transparency by maintaining our applicant tracking system and reporting tools, providing regular reports as required.
- Stay up-to-date with new sourcing methods and best practices from the industry.
- Be a Hazelcast ambassador on social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn and Glassdoor) by promoting our achievements and creating content with Hazelcast work culture in mind.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 1-2 years of experience of sourcing for Sales, Marketing and Operations professionals, specifically within the SaaS, Software and/or Tech industry.
- Proven experience in direct talent acquisition through a variety of sourcing strategies such as job boards, referrals and social media, including LinkedIn.
- Experience of sourcing tools and market mapping, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Confidence and expertise in sourcing, interviewing and identifying best-fit candidates.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
- High motivation to find top talent in an efficient way and deliver against hiring targets.
- People-centric approach with a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field or equivalent experience.
