Role Overview
The Talent Coordinator is an execution-focused, operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day sponsorship and campaign execution for a portfolio of assigned creators. Acting as a critical extension of the Talent Management team, this role ensures brand deals move smoothly from offer intake and contract execution through campaign completion, with all deliverables fulfilled accurately and on time.
While Talent Coordinators do not own talent relationships or negotiations, they play a vital role in supporting creators by handling logistics, tracking deliverables, maintaining clear communication, and coordinating across internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of Talent, Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations, ensuring that work sold is work delivered.
Success in this role is measured primarily by campaign execution performance, with a strong emphasis on campaign completion rate and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Deal Flow Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of assigned sponsorships and creator campaigns from offer intake / Closed Won through completion
- Track deliverables, timelines, platforms, approvals, posting requirements, and usage rights across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Schedule deliverables and lock key dates, posting times, and approval milestones
- Collect draft content, final deliverables, and performance screenshots or analytics
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively follow up to prevent delays or missed deliverables
- Confirm all deliverables are posted correctly and meet contractual and brand requirements
Talent Support & Communication
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for creators during active campaigns
- Clearly communicate expectations, deadlines, briefs, and brand guidelines to talent
- Respond to talent questions related to deliverables, timelines, and logistics
- Provide timely reminders and troubleshooting support for execution issues (missed posts, incorrect tags, late submissions)
- Escalate sensitive issues, negotiations, or relationship concerns to the assigned Senior Talent Manager or Department Lead
- Maintain a professional, responsive, and supportive communication standard at all times
Cross-Functional & Internal Coordination
- Partner closely with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and execution
- Ensure contracts, statements of work, and campaign details are accurately documented and shared internally
- Escalate risks, blockers, or compliance issues early with context and proposed solutions
- Support invoicing and payment workflows by confirming deliverables are completed and approved on time
Tracking, Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, real-time campaign data in internal systems (CRM, trackers, dashboards, project management tools)
- Keep deal and campaign statuses up to date with no surprises
- Flag incomplete or at-risk campaigns and document root causes or recurring issues
- Provide regular status updates to Senior Talent Managers or Department Leads
- Assist with internal reporting on deal volume, completion rates, and execution performance
Quality Control & Compliance
- Confirm all deliverables adhere to contractual obligations, brand guidelines, and platform requirements
- Ensure creators comply with Mythic Talent policies, exclusivity terms, and professional standards
- Flag compliance issues or repeated performance concerns to senior leadership
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Communications, Talent Management, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in talent management, campaign management,Β influencer marketing, or a related field
- Experience working with various tiers of talent or clients, including high-profile individuals
- Skills:
- Strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM or project management software, as well as standard office tools
- Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and quickly respond to real-time challenges
Physical Demands
- Able to sit and/or stand for the duration of the workday
- Able to use a keyboard, headset, and computer monitor for the workday
