*This position is a temporary assignment estimated for up to 6 months*
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• In partnership with the hiring manager, full ownership of the recruitment cycle, inclusive of the coordination of interviews through the onboarding of new employees.
• Manage the hiring experience, leverage efficiencies, and create creative solutions to create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Establish and execute compliance oversight, visibility, and reporting to ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations
• Manage external partnerships with recruitment process outsourced partners, universities, and an additional 3rd party agencies
• Manage Archipelago job postings to related brand career pages, BambooHR, LinkedIn, and other online talent platforms.
• Assist the Human Resources Department with other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
• HR certification preferred ie SHRM CP; SHRM-SCP; APHR; PHR
• Must enjoy high volume recruiting and working in a fast-paced, high-energy working environment
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices
• Advanced knowledge of identifying, executing and scaling recruitment strategies and optimizing recruitment processes and technology
• Proven ability to build relationships across teams to achieve key business objectives for the company. Experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing hiring managers, along with early in career talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• The ideal candidate must possess an innate ability to connect with people
