DescriptionThe Talent Acquisitionist will play a key role in the success of our US Operations. The Talent Acquisitionist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, the employee lifecycle, customer and account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a team player, service oriented, strategic thinker, driven by processes and metrics.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Full recruitment life cycle
- Full utilization of an Applicant Tracking System
- Building relationships with employees and customers to ensure they have an excellent experience
- Marketing qualified candidates to potential customers
- Growing business with existing customers
- Participating in networking events
QualificationsQualifications:
- Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the trucking / transportation sector
- Excellent communication skills (English), Spoken and Written
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and prospective customers
- 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities at once
- Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada
- Passionate about recruitment
