Responsibilities
- Source, screen, test and facilitate interviews for selected candidates
- Manage the hiring process from creating a job posting, maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for key roles and developing external/internal strategic relationships for key roles
- Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fill vacancies and support succession planning
- Assist Driver Services with the planning and preparation of driver files and ensuring it is compliance with company requirements and procedures
- Leveraging job posting sites, tools and employment agencies to source quality candidates at the best cost
- Follow corporate HR recruitment procedures and policies
Qualifications
- Education Required: Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- Years of Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR related field
- Advanced level French and English required (English is required: recruitment and selection of candidates for both QC and ON, 100% of the meetings are with Head office (NB) team members, 90% for reports)
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Taleo, Oracle or other ATS is required
- Well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Proactive and able to assimilate new information quickly
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment
