Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • 4+ experience recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Experience with hiring events or fairs

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s 
  • Talent and/or sourcing experience in a healthcare environment
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR
  • HR Certification through HCI or SHRM

The role you’ll contribute\: 

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor supports the Recruitment team in supervising all aspects of recruiting, metrics and relationships between the recruiters and the facility. Assists team members with day-to-day operations and reports to management on urgent matters.  Develops a proactive and innovative recruitment strategy to identify, recruit, and source talent to meet internal recruiting staffing goals. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

  • Directly supervises recruiting team(s) by holding team members accountable for meeting service level agreements, coaching and supporting team members, and leading recruitment process improvements efforts.

  • Supports Recruitment leadership and team in developing and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives in a cost-effective and efficient manner to ensure AdventHealth has a proactive plan to source and recruit qualified applicants based upon projected demand and hiring targets.
